Come explore God’s biological creation in this comprehensive study using laboratory studies that stress microscopic and dissecting skills of organ systems and individual organs, lecture, testing and outside research.

• Cellular studies lay the foundation for the kingdoms and phyla and then the human body unit.

/ /

• Two projects are assigned students during the year.

/ /

• In the fall, students prepare a guided research paper on Creation versus Evolution.

/ /

• In the spring semester, they prepare a Wildflower classification collection.

/ /

• Students are stretched academically by the opportunity to read technical articles during their research

/ /

  project that enhance class discussions and prepare them for research in college level classes.

/ /

• Opposing world views are discussed throughout the course allowing students to see the truth of scripture through scientific study.

/ /

• Geometry is the recommended math to accompany biology.

/ /

• This course will earn 1 high school honors credit in science.

*Parents provide the textbooks for their students. Texts used are Bob Jones, 5th Edition Biology and

  Biology Laboratory Manual. Only student texts are to be purchased.

* Class meets for 3 hours once weekly. Homework: 1-1.5 hr/day. NW Campus: Wednesday 11:00-2:00.

 West Campus: Thursday 11:00-2:00.

*The Laboratory Fee and Mrs. Snow’s science form are due before the student’s place will be held in the

class. The Lab Fee is non-refundable after August 1st.   $90 lab fee, Tuition $650/year or
