/ / This class is appropriate for students who have successfully completed a year / /of Pre-algebra and have strong problem-solving skills. Class time will be spent / /teaching concepts and applications. Students are to take detailed notes and / /copy examples worked in class to review at home. Students will use the text as / /a resource for reference, daily homework assignments, and test / /review.  The text must be purchased before class begins.

Please / /note that the yearly tuition of $650 covers both classes per week and may be / /paid in seven installments ($50 plus $30 supply fee to reserve your spot in the / /class and $100 per month Sept – Feb).

Students should expect / /to spend as much time outside of class on their work as they do attending class / /per week (3 hours). This class will earn the student 1 high school honorscredit in math.
