This is an honors Chemistry course that includes full lecture, testing, and lab with stoichiometry calculations throughout the study of God?s creation at the atomic level. Students must have a firm background in math and be taking Algebra 2 in order to enroll in the class. Problem solving is stressed throughout this comprehensive study of Chemistry. There are no outside projects assigned in this course. / /

/ /Homework: 1.5 hr/day. This class will earn 1 high school honors credit in science. This class meets for 3 hours once weekly. / /

/ /Parents provide the textbooks for their students. Texts used are Bob Jones, NEW 3rd Edition "Chemistry", and "Chemistry Laboratory Manual"-Christian School Edition. (The homeschool lab manual is not compatible). / /

/ /The Laboratory Fee and Mrs. Snow?s science form are due before the student?s place will be held in the class. The Lab Fee is non-refundable after August 1st. Note: Withdrawal fee after 10/1/09 is 3 months tuition.
