Chemistry is an honors course that includes: full lecture, testing, and lab with stoichiometric calculations throughout the study of God?s creation at the atomic level. / /

/ /Students must have a firm background in math and be taking Algebra 2 in order to enroll in the class. Problem solving is stressed throughout this comprehensive study of Chemistry. There are no outside projects assigned in this course. Opposing world views are discussed throughout the course and students see how an understanding of chemistry confirms a biblical world view. / /

/ /Homework: 1.5 hr/day. This class will earn 1 high school honors credit in science. / /

/ /Parents provide the textbooks for their students. Texts used are Bob Jones, 3rd Edition Chemistry, and Chemistry Laboratory Manual. Only student texts are to be purchased. / /

/ /The Laboratory Fee and Mrs. Snow?s science form are due before the student?s place will be held in the class. The Lab Fee is non-refundable after August 1st. / /

/ /Note: Withdrawal fee after 9/30/14 is 3 months tuition.
