IPC is the foundational, honors physical science course that prepares students for upper level high school science studies (Biology/Chemistry/Physics). Taught with a biblical world view, IPC allows students to see the intricacies of creation in the physical world. / /

/ /Introduction to Chemistry is one semester and the introduction to Physics is the second semester. It is required that the student take Algebra 1 while taking this course to be prepared for the calculations in the Physics part of the course. / /

/ /IPC is a full lecture and lab course including testing that will earn 1 high school honors credit in science. Two projects are assigned during IPC. Students prepare a guided research paper during the fall semester and a science project demonstrating an IPC concept during the spring semester. Homework: 1-1.5 hr/day. / /

/ /Note: Withdrawal fee after 9/30/14 is 3 months tuition. / /

/ /Parents provide the textbooks for their student. Texts used are the New- Bob Jones, Physical Science , 5th Ed and Physical Science Lab Manual, 5th Ed. Only student texts are to be purchased. / /

/ /This class meets for 3 hours once weekly. The Laboratory Fee and Mrs. Snow?s science form are due before the student?s place will be held in the class. The Lab Fee is non-refundable after August 1st.
